Qualifications:
BE/B.Tech degree in relevant discipline (Electronics and Communication, Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science and Engineering) with minimum 65% marks.
It is mandatory to have a valid GATE scorecard.

Maximum age – 28 years
Age calculation will be as per 19.05.2025

Selection Process & Salary
Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview and GATE score. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the application received. Then they will be called for an interview. After appointment to the post of Scientist Engineering “SC”, a monthly salary of up to Rs 56,100 will be given under Level 10 of the Pay Matrix. Apart from this, facilities like dearness allowance, house rent allowance, and transport allowance will also be provided.
