The exam was scheduled to be held from May 9 to 14. The Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI) has announced the postponement of the exam. The notification was issued by ICAI on the 8th. The exam dates will be announced in the coming days, keeping in view the situation. Candidates can visit the official website of ICAI, www.icai.org for further information.
It is worth noting that Pakistan is giving a befitting reply to India after India attacked terrorists in Pakistan under Operation Sindoor. Various airports in the country have been closed due to security reasons, and flight services have also been cancelled. Yesterday, the IPL match being played in Dharamshala had to be stopped halfway. Since the safety of Indian citizens is paramount, the CA exam has been postponed.
