Why is EOS-09 different?

But other satellites cannot see what the C-band synthetic aperture radar on EOS-09 can. It has the ability to conduct surveillance day and night, regardless of weather conditions.

PSLV-C61 is a reliable rocket of ISRO. which will carry the EOS-09 (RISAT-1B) satellite into space. This satellite is made with modern technology and weighs 1,710 kg.
