According to this, gold has become costlier by Rs 4041 per 10 grams in the last one week. However, if compared to the Gold High of April 22, 2025, it is still available on MCX for about Rs 3000 cheaper than its high of Rs 99,358.

How much has the gold price changed in the domestic market
Now let us tell you about the gold prices in the domestic market, here too an increase in the gold price has been registered in the last one week. In the domestic market, the price of 24 carat gold without GST and making charges was Rs. 92, 301 per 10 grams on May 16, which increased to Rs. 95,470 per 10 grams on Friday, May 23. That means gold has become costlier by Rs. 3,169 in 5 business days. On the other hand, if we compare it with its high level in the domestic market, on April 22, it rose by Rs. 1700 and crossed Rs. 99,000 per 10 grams and after adding making charges and GST, it crossed Rs. 100000. From there, even now gold is cheaper by around Rs. 3000.
