Kangana Ranaut becomes the brand ambassador of World Para Athletics Championships
Kangana Ranaut Appointed Brand Ambassador For World Para Athletics Championships 2025: Famous film actress and politician Kangana Ranaut has been appointed as the brand ambassador of the World Para Athletics. The 2025 World Para Athletics Championships will be held in New Delhi from September 27 to October 5. This is the first time that this competition is being held in India. The organizers have announced Bollywood actress and MP Kangana Ranaut as the brand ambassador of the competition.
More than 100 countries will participate in the competition. There are 186 medal events. Out of these, 101 are for men, 84 for women and one mixed event. The last edition was held in Japan. The 12th edition is being hosted by India.
Kangana expressed happiness
Kangana, who has garnered praise for her acting in films like ‘Fashion’ and ‘Queen’, said in a press release issued by the Paralympic Committee of India (PCI)- ‘India’s para athletes are rewriting what is possible every day. I am very honored to support them and help raise awareness about their incredible achievements. Para sports are not just about competition – it is about courage, and I am proud to stand behind our champion players.’
