Manmohan Samal Elected Again BJP State President : Senior BJP leader Manmohan Samal has been unanimously elected as the Odisha BJP state president for the fourth time. Singh has been elected as the state president for the second consecutive time and the fourth time in total . He was the only candidate to file his nomination yesterday .

In the 2024 assembly elections, the BJP under Manmohan’s leadership won a historic victory in Odisha and formed the government alone. His leadership and strategy have been highly appreciated by the party workers. With this election, Manmohan will start a new innings by taking the BJP’s lead in the state.

He was the state president from 1999 to 2000, 2000 to 2004 and then from March 2023 till now. He also has experience as a minister and MLA before . Manmohan played a big role in seizing power alone, avoiding the possibility of an alliance in the 2024 elections .
Similarly, as the government party president, he has taken the organization forward in his first year by keeping in touch with the government . That is why the central leadership is said to have placed its trust in him once again . The biggest challenge for this veteran leader will be the government on one side and the organization on the other side , maintaining coordination between them and the upcoming Panchayat elections .
