Indian Railways launches round trip package scheme: 20% Discount On Round-Trip Tickets During Festive Season

Railways Announces 20% Discount On Round-Trip Tickets During Festive Season: Railways has announced a great offer during the festive season. Railways will now give a 20% discount on tickets to passengers traveling by train.

The railway discount will be applicable only on the basic fare. Charges like reservation and superfast will have to be paid in full. Passengers will get the benefit of a discount on return tickets. To ensure the use of trains from both sides, it has been decided to prepare a round-trip package scheme at discounted fares.

Under this scheme, concessions will be given in railway fares with several conditions. The Railway Board has issued an order related to this.
