1. Do not wait for the last date

   Upload a recent passport size colour photo. Your face should be clearly visible in the photo. The signature should also be neat. Upload in the required size and format (eg JPG, JPEG). Wrong size photo or signature may result in rejection of your form.
5. Do not be careless in making payments
   Always use a stable internet connection. Do not refresh the page or press the back button while making a payment. After the payment is done, make sure to save its confirmation page or message.
6. Do not forget to check the complete form one last time

   After submitting the form, you will get a confirmation page. Save it on your email and take a print out of it and keep it with you. It can be useful to you anytime in the future.
