India Defeated Pakistan To Become Champions : ASIA CUP 2025 , India became the champion by defeating Pakistan. Team India won the Asia Cup title for the ninth time by defeating Pakistan. Tilak gave the seal of victory. Team India won the Asia Cup for the ninth time with a hat-trick victory against Pakistan on the strength of Tilak’s half-century innings. Tilak Burma gave the seal of victory to India. He gave the Asia Cup to Indian cricket lovers by scoring 69 runs off 53 balls. BCCI gave Team India 21 crores. The match was exciting from the start. Kuldeep Yadav’s spin magic limited Pakistan to 146 runs. India achieved the victory target of 147 runs by losing 5 wickets.

The BCCI had earlier informed the ACC that the team would not accept the trophy from Naqvi. Naqvi is the ACC president while he is the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman. He is also the Home Minister of Pakistan. On the other hand, Suryakumar Yadav said that this decision was the team’s. Nobody asked us to do this. And then jokingly said that his real trophy is his friends. The individual awards were presented by other dignitaries like Bangladesh’s Aminul Islam and Emirates Cricket Board’s Khalid Al Zarooni. Naqvi presented the runner-up cheque to Pakistan captain Salman Agha. But after India’s exclusion was made clear, Islam of Bangladesh was presented the medal.
