Three Bachchans, Three Awards: Big B Celebrates Family’s Filmfare Glory: The 70th Filmfare Awards held at the EKA Arena in Ahmedabad on October 11th turned into a memorable night for the Bachchan family, as Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, and Abhishek Bachchan were all honored at the prestigious ceremony.
Abhishek Bachchan took home the Best Actor Award for the first time in his 25-year-long film career, marking a significant milestone. Meanwhile, Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan were both conferred with the Cine Icon Award for their enduring contributions to Indian cinema. Although Alia Bhatt, who won Best Actress, was absent from the event, the spotlight was firmly on the Bachchans.

With 16 Filmfare Awards already under his belt, Big B remains one of Bollywood’s most decorated actors — second only to a few in Filmfare history.
