That fenugreek enhances the taste of food and provides relief from health and hair problems. Fenugreek seeds are full of medicinal properties. Drinking its water every morning helps in weight loss, diabetes control or digestion related problems. It not only eliminates health problems but also protects from hair problems.
Fenugreek is rich in protein, vitamin C, potassium, iron, nicotinic acid and lecithin. All these elements help in increasing the strength and shine of the hair. To use it, first soak the fenugreek seeds in hot water overnight. Then, depending on the hair problem, you can add other ingredients to it and make a hair mask.
Hair mask for hair fall
If you want to stop hair fall, then make a paste of fenugreek seeds soaked overnight. Then mix coconut oil in it and apply it on the roots of the hair. Leave the hair mask to dry for 30 to 40 minutes. Then wash your hair thoroughly with shampoo. After using this once a week, your hair will start growing.
Hair mask for dandruff
Soak fenugreek seeds in warm water overnight and grind them with curd. Then apply this paste on your hair and wash it off with shampoo after an hour. Use this mask twice a week and you will see the difference in a few days.
Hair mask to relieve scalp dryness
To restore shine to old hair and remove dryness from the scalp, make a paste by soaking fenugreek seeds overnight. Add egg yolk to it and apply it on your hair for half an hour and leave it to dry. Then apply shampoo and wash your hair. Doing this twice a month on average will benefit you.
