India vs Southafrica T20 Match at barabati , special bus system for cricket lovers
India vs South Africa T-20 International Cricket Match is going to be held on December 9. Everyone is excited about the cricket match to be held at Cuttack Barabati Stadium. With this in mind, special bus services will be run by CRUT. This shuttle bus service, which will be operated from multiple places, will start from specific places and will roll to Cuttack Barabati Stadium. Bus operation will be arranged based on the actual situation of crowding from Cuttack Railway Station to CNBT and Barabati Stadium areas.
Shuttle service will start from Cuttack Railway Station at 4 pm before the match. After the match, shuttle bus service will continue from Barabati Stadium keeping in mind the traffic flow. The primary shuttle route from Barabati Stadium to Cuttack Railway Station is – Gadgadia Ghat, Chahta Ghat, Satichora, Judicial Academy, CNBT, Badambadi, Link Road and OMP Chowk. The buses will ply to the railway station through these routes. The fixed fare of the shuttle service will be Rs. 20.
Two temporary special routes will be operated after the match for spectators travelling from Bhubaneswar. Route-01: Barabati Stadium to BSABT, Bermuda. It will run via Judicial Academy, Nandankanan and Jayadev Bihar. Route-02: Barabati Stadium to Bhubaneswar Railway Station. It will run via CNBT, Link Road, National Highway. There will be a fixed flat fare of Rs 40 for both the routes and the buses will run at an interval of every 20-minutes.
Apart from this special service, our currently operated bus routes between Bhubaneswar and Cuttack will also continue as usual. These routes will easily reach important places like CNBT, Judicial Academy, Barabati Stadium and Cuttack Railway Station. Route 10: Manu University- Bhubaneswar Airport, Route 15: CNBT – Utkal Hospital, Route 16: Sri Sri University – Bhubaneswar Railway Station, Route 17: Barabati Stadium – Bhubaneswar Airport, Route 18: Jagatpur – BSABT, Bermuda, Route 19: Mahanadi Bihar- AIIMS, Route 82: ACB Medical – Bhubaneswar Airport routes will also continue to provide daily services to passengers.
To provide connectivity within Cuttack district, Route 81 (Barbati Stadium to Salepur), Route 86 (Chahta Ghat to Cuttack Railway Station), and Route 88 – National Law University to SCB Medical, Judicial Academy, CNBT and Dolamundai will be operated.
