CM Mohan Majhi visited the ‘Statue of Equality’ in Hyderabad

Chief Minister visits Statue of Equality. Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi visited the Statue of Equality located in Hyderabad and prayed to Jagadguru Sri Ramanujacharya. The Chief Minister was accompanied by Industries Minister Sampada Chandra Swain and senior officials. During the visit, the delegation met Sri Sri Tridandi Chinna Srimanta Narayan Ramanuja Ji’s Swamiji.

He discussed with him the spiritual tradition of India and the relevance of Ramanujacharya’s teachings in contemporary society. Swamiji bestowed blessings on the Chief Minister and conveyed his best wishes for peace, progress and prosperity of the people of Odisha. As part of the visit, the Chief Minister unveiled an Odia hymn on Sri Ramanujacharya composed by Swamiji of Sri Sri Tridandi Ahobi Ramanuja Ji.

During the visit, the delegation met Shri Sri Tridandi Chinna Srimanta Narayan Ramanuja Jiyar Swamiji and discussed the Indian spiritual tradition, inclusive philosophy and the relevance of Ramanujacharya’s teachings in contemporary society. The Swamiji bestowed blessings on the Chief Minister and wished the people of Odisha peace, progress and prosperity. On this occasion, the Chief Minister unveiled an Odia hymn based on Sri Ramanujacharya composed by Tridandi Ahobila Ramanuja Jiyar Swamiji. The Chief Minister said that the Statue of Equality is not only a symbol of India’s spiritual heritage but also a reminder of the timeless values of social justice, human dignity enshrined by Sri Ramanujacharya. These values will guide the development, social harmony and people-centric governance of Odisha.
