Aaradhya Bachchan filed a petition ,A petition has been filed in the Delhi High Court regarding incorrect reporting related to the health of actress Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan’s daughter Aaradhya Bachchan. In 2023, Aaradhya called for a ban on such reporting, claiming that she was a minor. Following this, the court ordered the removal of all videos related to Aaradhya Bachchan’s health from the YouTube platform.
Based on a new petition filed recently, the Delhi High Court has again issued notices to some websites, including Google.Aradhya’s lawyer told the High Court, ‘Some other videos circulating false news regarding Aradhya’s health have not been deleted yet.’
The whole incident is, ‘Some YouTube channels were spreading rumors related to Aaradhya’s health. The videos were claiming that Aaradhya was sick. Angered by this false news, the Bachchan family filed a petition in the High Court in 2023, demanding the removal of such videos.
A fresh application has been filed in the court regarding this matter. The matter is scheduled to be heard again on March 17. Aishwarya and Abhishek got married in 2007, and Aaradhya was born four years after their marriage in 2011.
