Ama Sasana system of governance has started in the state
The ‘Our Governance’ system is going to start from today. Just like the 5-My Government was run during the BJD government, this ‘Our Governance’ will be implemented in the same manner. The Chief Minister and the administration will listen to the grievances of the people. There will be no 5-chairmen or secretaries in this. More than 150 services from about 20 departments will be available in this. Now 16 services from 8 departments will be available.
According to this system, all the services provided by the state government are being properly provided to the people or not. Feedback will be collected from the people. If there are allegations that any officer has failed to provide services to the people, has misbehaved, or is working on bribery, then action will be taken against him.

According to the information, a recorded call will be made to the people from the government and they will be asked various questions on the implementation of the scheme. In addition, there will be a dedicated call center to collect feedback from the people and to give feedback and complaints by calling people. The schemes will be implemented based on the suggestions of the people. There is a toll free number 14471 for feedback and complaints. It will be open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm.
