Net Profit Surges 268% YoY to ₹1,765.71 Crore
Ambuja Cements consolidated net profit rose 268 percent year-on-year(YoY) to ₹1,765.71 crore for the July-September 2025 quarter. Profit was ₹479.53 crore a year earlier. Consolidated revenue from operations for the quarter was ₹9,129.73 crore, up 25 percent from ₹7,304.77 crore a year earlier.
The company reported its expenses for the September 2025 quarter at ₹8,375.59 crore, compared to ₹7,028.33 crore a year earlier. Promoters held a 67.68 percent stake in Ambuja Cements at the end of September 2025.
Ambuja Cements consolidated revenue from operations for the April-September 2025 half year increased to ₹19,373.84 crore, compared to ₹15,596.87 crore a year ago. Net consolidated profit was ₹2,600.90 crore, compared to ₹1,119.39 crore in the September 2024 half year. Expenses were ₹17,569.07 crore, compared to ₹14,684.47 crore a year ago. In FY25, Ambuja Cements’ standalone revenue was ₹19,453.58 crore and net profit was ₹3,754.95 crore.
