RCB marketing head arrested, event firm officials detained over killer stampede
Bengaluru Stamped : Bengaluru Police have arrested four people in connection with the stampede that took place during RCB’s (Royal Challengers Bengaluru) victory celebrations at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Wednesday, in which 11 people were killed. Among those arrested is Nikhil Sosale, a top marketing officer of IPL franchise RCB. He was arrested while on his way to the airport.

The other three people arrested in this case are employees of event management company DNA.
Two officials of the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) – Secretary Shankar and Treasurer Jayaram – are currently absconding. The police had reached their homes but could not find them.
