Guidelines For CBSE Board Exams 2026

CBSE has issued a special guideline for the board exams 2026. This will be implemented for all schools. This year, the 10th board exams will be held twice. Therefore, CBSE has started preparations for the board exams. For this, CBSE has issued guidelines for all schools. In which the board has issued a schedule for schools to submit LOC i.e. List of Candidates for the 10th and 12th exams.

CBSE has asked the school principals to submit the list of all the students appearing for the board exams. CBSE has said that a total of 3 exams will be conducted this year 2026. There will be two for 10th and one for 12th. Therefore, since the 10th board exam is the main one, it is important to upload the list of students.

The children whose names are not uploaded in the LOC will not get the opportunity to appear in the board examination. So it is important to upload it. According to the board, it is very important to submit the LOC for the board examination. Through this data, the admit card, exam record, result will be generated.

Apart from this, Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry (APAAR) ID is required for CBSE 10th and 12th board exams. CBSE guidelines have instructed school principals not to upload LOC without APAAR ID.

However, you can submit the LOC online in September at the school. The date for submitting the LOC without paying any fee is till October. If you submit the LOC after that, you will have to pay a fee for it.
