Censor Board Cuts Ahaan Pandey’s Intimate Scene, Saiyaara Is Releasing After one Days : Director Mohit Suri’s romantic-drama film ‘Saiyaara’ is releasing in theatres on 18th July. Ahaan Pandey, the beloved son of the ‘Pande family’ is going to debut with this film. Anit Padda is also in the film along with Ahaan. The onscreen chemistry of both of them has created a stir among the fans. Everyone is liking their pairing.

censor board cut the film? The censor process of the film has been completed. According to Bollywood Hungama’s report, the censor board has demanded deletion of some scenes from the film. The Central Board of Film Certification has given it a U/A 16+ certificate. The makers have been asked to make some changes in the film. Controversial words have been asked to be changed at four places. However, it is not mentioned in the list that what other words can be used in their place.

Apart from this, 10 seconds of sensual, intimacy and body exposing visuals have been asked to be removed from the film. Also, in the scene where the hero and heroine are on a bike, a disclaimer has been asked to be added for helmet safety. When all these changes are made in the film, then the makers of the film will be given a censor certificate.

The length of the film is mentioned as 156.50 minutes in the censor certificate. This means that the film is 2 hours, 36 minutes and 50 seconds long. This is not the only film whose intimate scenes are being cut by the censor board. Earlier, CBFC had asked to remove a 33-second long intimate scene from the film ‘Superman’. Only then was the film given a U/A 13+ certificate.

‘Saiyaara’ is going to have a big opening

The film has been made on a big budget. According to the discussion about this film among the fans, it can have a big opening. It is being speculated that it can have an opening in double digits. On Wednesday, 45 thousand tickets of the film were sold. Apart from this, 33,500 tickets were sold in PVR Inox, 11,500 tickets were sold in Cinepolis. 2,059 tickets were sold in Moviemax chain.
