Cuttack Curfew : After a violent clash erupted in Odisha’s Cuttack between two communities during Durga Puja idol immersion, the tensions escalated on Sunday when rioters set fire to eight to ten locations on Sunday. 25 individuals, including eight policemen, were injured in the incident. The violent clashes prompted the authorities to suspend the internet services and impose a 36-hour curfew.
Most important things is that common people affected in danga . but Petrol pumps are open in the city despite the curfew. The administration has informed that government offices will remain open. Passengers can travel by showing their flight and train tickets. Senior citizens and women have been allowed to travel. Students and employees can travel by showing their identity cards. There is tight security at every market in the city. Restrictions have been imposed on carrying flammable goods.
