Allu Arjun Returns For Pushpa 3: Director Sukumar Makes It Official After Pushpa 2 Sweeps SIIMA Awards
South superstar Allu Arjun has become a household name with his blockbuster ‘Pushpa’ franchise. Today, every child in the country knows him. This mass action drama directed by Sukumar broke all existing records at the box office and created new history. In fact, ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ is one of the highest-grossing films in India, surpassing the long-standing record of Prabhas’ ‘Baahubali 2’. It not only broke box office records but also won several awards. The team of ‘Pushpa 2’ won more than five awards in various categories at the SIIMA 2025 held in Dubai on Saturday, September 6. On this happy occasion, Sukumar gave a big update about ‘Pushpa 3 The Rampage’.
Director Sukumar announces Pushpa 3
When the Pushpa team went on stage to receive the award, the host jokingly said, ‘Party Ledha Pushpa?’ (Is there no party, Pushpa?) and he took this from the famous line of Fahadh Faasil’s character Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat from the film. But, the stir started when the host asked Sukumar if Pushpa 3 will be made or not. The producer and Allu Arjun remained silent for some time, then later Sukumar gave an update about the film. He said, ‘Obviously, we are making Pushpa 3.’ On hearing this good news, the audience started clapping and whistling.
A new villain will enter Pushpa 3
Let us tell you that in the last credit scene of ‘Pushpa 2’, a big update was given regarding the third installment. The audience is eagerly waiting for ‘Pushpa 3’, which has been given a tagline – The Rampage. The most-awaited upcoming installment of Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Fasil will see the entry of a new villain, after which new masala will be seen in the story.
Pushpa 2 wins five awards at SIIMA 2025
‘Pushpa 2’ won five SIIMA Awards, including Best Actor award for Allu Arjun, Best Actress award for Rashmika Mandanna, Best Direction award for Sukumar, Best Music Director award for Devi Sri Prasad, and Best Playback Singer (Male) award for Shankar Babu Kandukuri for Peelings.
