Remember, you should not drink water for half an hour or an hour after eating. According to Ayurveda, drinking water after eating is like drinking poison. Drinking water after eating destroys the digestive system. As a result, the food eaten is not digested properly. According to Ayurveda, one should drink water 1 to 2 hours after food. And it is important to drink half an hour before eating. Because eating after drinking water is not good for the body.

Ayurveda also says that we should not drink water even after sleeping or waking up. By doing all these things daily, we do not get any disease.
