Ganesh Puja is coming up at night. Preparations for the Puja committees have reached the final stage. While guidelines were earlier issued for the Silver City Cuttack regarding what is permissible and what is not, now special guidelines have been issued for the capital Bhubaneswar.

There are instructions not to build large arches on the roads. Melodies cannot be played after 10 pm. A complete ban has been imposed on shooting arrows during the Bhasani festival.
Similarly, action will be taken against those who illegally ask for alms or alms. A large police force will be deployed in the city to control the crowd during Ganesh Puja. The puja mandap will be completely drug-free. Police will patrol at night. The Commissionerate Police has made a special blueprint to catch drug addicts.
