Hina Khan Says She’s Not Getting Work Since A Year Amid Cancer Treatment
Hina Khan REVEALS: People Were Hesitant To Cast After Her Cancer Diagnosis: Famous television actress Hina Khan, who has been in constant discussion since revealing stage 3 breast cancer, has returned to work after a year and is seen in ‘Pati Patni Aur Panga’ with her husband Rocky Jaiswal. This new reality show on TV is being hosted by Munawar Farooqui and Bollywood actress Sonali Bendre. Recently, an emotional video of Hina Khan surfaced on social media, in which she was seen praising her husband. Now, this actress battling cancer has made a comeback on TV, but meanwhile, she has made a new revelation that after cancer treatment, no one in the industry was ready to work with her, due to which she was very upset.
Career graph got affected due to cancer
Hina Khan told PTI, ‘This is my first project after the revelation of breast cancer. I want to work. No one has told me directly that you are still not fully cured… but now I feel that maybe the people who were hesitant to work with me at that time were right.’ Hina said that she has no problem with this and hopes that by making a comeback with ‘Pati Patni Aur Panga’, she will once again win the hearts of the audience. She also said that due to the disease, she had to back out of many projects. Not only this, but she had to turn down many offers out of compulsion. Along with this, Hina also said that she needs to change people’s thinking towards her, for which she is fully prepared.
The actress expressed her pain when she did not get work in the industry
Hina further said that her decision to do ‘Pati Patni Aur Panga’ is right because she wants to see if the actress’s body can still support her. The actress recalled the time when she stopped getting work. She said, ‘I am ready to do any work, be it a digital show or something else, and I will not charge a high fee. If I am offered anything in films and if they find me worthy of it, then I will do that work.’ Hina has also revealed that she wants to play the role of a RAW agent in a film or on any OTT project.
