How To Prevent Acne At Home?
Home Remedies for Acne/ Pimple: Many people are troubled by acne. They get acne on their face again and again. It affects not only their skin but also their confidence and mental health. Acne is a common skin problem in which small red pimples, pimples, or pus-filled pimples appear on the surface of the skin. These mainly appear on the face, forehead, back, and chest. When the sebaceous glands of the skin produce excessive amounts of sebum, i.e., oil, this oil combines with dead cells and clogs the skin pores, then acne is formed. There can be many reasons behind this.

There can be many reasons behind recurring acne. The most common reason is hormonal changes, which occur especially in conditions like teenage years, periods, pregnancy, or PCOD. Apart from this, negligence in cleaning the skin, touching the face repeatedly, using dirty pillows or mobile phones, excessive oily skin, or the use of wrong skincare products also promote acne. Stress, lack of sleep, and poor diet are also major causes of acne. Consuming too many fried, sweet, and dairy products also causes pimples on the skin. Sometimes genetic factors can also be the reason for this.
