Batting first, India posted a competitive total of 188 runs in 20 overs, losing 8 wickets. Sanju Samson anchored the innings with a composed 56 off 45 balls, supported by brisk contributions from Abhishek Sharma (38), Tilak Verma (29), and Axar Patel (26). Oman’s bowlers put up a disciplined performance, with Shah Faisal, Jiten Ramanandi, and Amir Kalim each picking up two wickets to keep the Indian total in check.

Oman’s chase was spirited and kept the Indian bowlers on their toes throughout the innings.
