Indian Army Recruitment- After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, tensions between India and Pakistan are increasing. Amidst the increasing tension between the two countries, India has announced new recruitment. Recently, the Indian Army has invited applications for the Technical Graduate Course (TGC-142) batch. Form filling has started on the official website, joinindianarmy.nic.in, from 30 April. In which eligible candidates can apply till the last date, 29 May 2025, at 3 pm. The first posting of the selected candidates will be directly on the Lieutenant post.

Indian Army TGC 142 Eligibility:
To apply for the Indian Army TGC batch, candidates must have passed BE/B.Tech from a recognized institute. Candidates who are in the final year can also apply. However, their degree should be completed by 1 January 2026. Such candidates will have to bring mark sheets of all semesters and a provisional degree at the time of the SSB interview. Engineering Govt Jobs 2025: You will directly become a lieutenant
Age Limit : Applicants’ ages should be a minimum of 20 years and a maximum of 27 years as of 01 January 2026.
Physical: 2.4 km running should be completed in 10 minutes 30 seconds. 40 pushups, 06 pullups, 30 situps, skates 2 sets 30 times, lunges 2 sets 1 time and basic swimming should be known.
Training: Selected candidates will get 12 months training.
Posting Rank: After completion of training candidates will be appointed as Lieutenant.
Salary: The Lieutenant will get salary ranging from Rs 56,100 to Rs 1,77,500 per month.
