IOCL Recruitment 2025: Last Few Days to Apply; The Salary Is So Much Per Month: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has announced recruitment for Grade A Engineer and Officer posts for the year 2025. Oil India Limited has announced recruitment for more than 100 posts in Grade A, Grade B, and Grade C (Oil India Grade A, B, C Recruitment). The online application process has started from 5 September 2025 and it will run till 21 September 2025 at 5:00 PM.
IOCL Recruitment Vacancy Details: Vacancy Details
Grade recruitment under Indian Oil is for those graduate engineers who are from subjects like chemical, electrical and instrumentation engineering. This recruitment has been done for about 102 posts.
The details of the posts are as follows-
Superintendent Engineer – 3 posts
Senior Officer – 97 Posts
Confidential Secretary – 1 post
Hindi Officer – 1 post
IOCL Recruitment Age Limit: Age Limit
Grade C – Maximum 37 years
Grade B – Maximum 34 years
Grade A – Maximum 42 years
Reserved category candidates will get age relaxation as per the rules:
5 years for SC/ST
3 years for OBC
10 years for PwBD
Ex-servicemen get relaxation up to 5 years
IOCL Recruitment Eligibility: Educational Qualification
Different educational qualifications have been fixed for these posts. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, finance, HR, IT, law, or geology. Professional degrees like ICAI, ICSI, MBA, or PGDM are also required for some posts.

IOCL Recruitment Selection Process: Selection Process
Under this recruitment of IOCL, the selection will be done after two stages of examination. Computer-Based Test (CBT) and Interview. Only those candidates who are successful in both stages will be selected.

Grade A: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 1,60,000 per month
Grade B: Rs. 60,000 – Rs. 1,80,000 per month
Grade C: Rs. 80,000 – Rs. 2,20,000 per month
