Karisma Kapoor’s two children in court for property
Karisma Kapoor’s Children Move Delhi HC For Share In Sunjay Kapur’s Rs 30,000 cr Assets: Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor’s two children on Tuesday moved the Delhi High Court demanding a share in their late father Sanjay Kapoor’s property. The petition challenges Sanjay Kapoor’s will and is likely to be heard on September 10.
The petition claims that neither Sanjay Kapoor ever mentioned his will nor did his stepmother, Priya Kapoor or anyone else inform them about its existence. Karisma Kapoor’s children, Samaira and Kiaan, have taken this legal step to get a share in their father’s property worth around Rs 30,000 crore.
The petition states that Priya Kapoor had earlier claimed that all the assets of Sanjay Kapoor were under the RK Family Trust, but later she presented a will dated March 21, 2025, which the children have termed as suspicious and forged.
The petitioners have demanded that the court divide Sanjay Kapoor’s property, account for all assets, and restrain the respondents from taking any action related to the property until the matter is resolved. Priya Kapoor, her minor son, Sanjay’s mother Rani Kapoor, and Shraddha Suri Marwah, the alleged executor of the will, have been made respondents in the case.
