Kiku Sharda will no longer be seen on The Kapil Sharma Show: work in this new reality show!

Kiku Sharda Leaving ‘The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show 3’: Popular comedian Kiku Sharda is set to take a temporary break from ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’. Recently, a video of an argument between Kiku Sharda and Krishna Abhishek on the set went viral, sparking rumors that the disagreement led to Kiku’s exit. However, these speculations are false. The real reason behind Kiku’s break is his participation in a new reality show titled ‘Rise and Fall’, which begins shooting from Wednesday.

Kiku Sharda will be absent from Kapil Sharma’s show for the duration of his stay in the ‘Rise and Fall’ house, similar to the Bigg Boss format. The show will stream on Amazon MX Player and is expected to be a strong competitor to Netflix’s ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’. Interestingly, the show will be hosted by entrepreneur Ashneer Grover, known for his sharp persona on ‘Shark Tank India’.

The cast of ‘Rise and Fall’ includes notable names like Arjun Bijlani, Kiku Sharda, Dhanashree Verma, and Kubra Sait, while more contestants are yet to be announced. According to sources, Ashneer Grover is personally overseeing the casting process and has already rejected five potential contestants, stating they didn’t meet the show’s requirements. The selection criteria are based on star power, strategic thinking, and a contestant’s ability to create an impact, rather than just popularity.

A source close to the production revealed that Ashneer is focused on bold and sharp personalities, rather than playing it safe with casting. Some contestants have already begun promoting the show, and its streaming date on Amazon MX Player will be announced soon.
