It has been so well received by the audience that it has surpassed all previous animated films in India. By Tuesday, it has earned more than 100 crores.
‘Mahabharata Narasimha’ was released in multiple languages on Tuesday. It is said to have earned 106. 05 crores in 12 days. This is the first film in an animated franchise based on the life of Lord Vishnu. The film ‘Mahavatara Narasimha’ was released in theaters on 25 July 2025 and is still popular among the audience. The film is performing very well at the Indian box office.

Left Spider-Man behind?
This film made by Hombale Films and Clem Productions has crossed the 100 crore mark. ‘Mahavatara Narasimha’ has left behind foreign films like Spider-Man, The Incredibles and Kung Fu Panda and has become India’s highest grossing animated film. Spider-Man’s animated film did a business of 43.99 crores in India. If we look at all the parts of Kung Fu Panda, its business was also between 30 to 32 crores.
