An Agriculture Department Officer Or Employee will not accept any gift
No officer or employee of the Agriculture Department will accept gifts during Diwali or other festivals, Principal Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers Empowerment Department, Arvind Padhi, has directed. He has issued a circular in this regard.
Will not accept gifts from any person or agency.
According to Arvind Padhi, Principal Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers Empowerment Department, there is a pattern of various individuals or organizations giving gifts during festivals. Such a practice can create confusion about our impartiality and integrity. Therefore, no officer or employee of the Agriculture and Farmers Empowerment Department will accept gifts from any person or agency. Those who accept such gifts will be considered to be violating the instructions and will be considered to be encouraging corruption.
