Odisha Govt Increased Pension Amount, Rs 3500 : The government will now provide an allowance of Rs 3500 to senior citizens who have crossed the age of 80. This allowance will help senior citizens live independently.

According to this initiative of the government, the government will now give an allowance of Rs 3,500 to senior citizens who have crossed the age of 80 years by June 2025. Similarly, disabled people whose disability is more than 80 percent will also be given a monthly allowance of Rs 3,500 from June. The government has issued a notification in this regard. This reflects the government’s responsibility towards the society and its commitment to ensuring equal respect and security for all. This allowance will help senior citizens and disabled people to live independently and make their lives more prosperous and dignified.
