Odisha Police SI 2025 Exam Date OUT : The Odisha Police Recruitment Board has announced the examination dates for the post of SI in various districts of the state. The OMR-based recruitment examination for the post of SI will be held on October 4 and 5 this year. This examination was postponed twice earlier.

As per the notification, the OMR based recruitment test for the post of SI will be held on October 4th and 5th this year. The written test will be conducted through OMR sheet.
It is advised to download the admit card after September 20 to know the details about the exam center and exam schedule from the Odisha Police website.

The Odisha Police SI Exam Date 2025 is out on the official website.The exam will be held on 4th and 5th October 2025 for three Subject Papers Physics and Chemistry (for Fire Services), General English and Odia Language, General Studies Language. Earlier, the Odisha Police SI Application Window was reopened. Fresh applicants were allowed to apply between 6th August 2025 (10:00 AM) to 15th August (10:00 PM). The Odisha HC and State Government has provided 3 years relaxation in the age criteria to the candidates of all the categories.

Candidates who have already applied for the vacancy don’t need to apply fresh.
A total of 862 vacancies have been released for Odisha Police SI. This exam is conducted to recruit for the post of Sub-Inspectors responsible for maintaining law and order in the state. This role offers opportunities for growth while serving the community through effective policing.

o The candidates must be between 21 – 28 years of age to apply for the Odisha Police SI Recruitment.
o The candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
