Operation Sindoor: Why Did India Choose This Name To Take Revenge Of Pahalgam
Operation Sindoor: Why Did India Choose This Name: India has avenged the Pahalgam attack. India has carried out air strikes on 9 locations in Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir simultaneously under ‘Operation Sindoor’. Terrorist hideouts have been targeted in all places. These hideouts have been destroyed with powerful bombs.
The air strike carried out by the Indian Army and Air Force was named Operation Sindoor. It is believed that the message of Pahalgam is hidden behind this name. The way women were deprived of their husbands by killing men in Pahalgam, India, has given a big message by naming Operation Sindoor as its revenge.
Why the name Operation Sindoor?
On 22 April 2025, terrorists fired bullets at the tourist spot in Pahalgam, Kashmir. These terrorists had asked people about their religion. Separated the Hindu men and shot them in front of their families. Many women lost their husbands in the attack. Some of these women were married just a few days ago, and they had come to Pahalgam for tourism with their husbands. To give a message in honour of the women who lost their vermilion in this attack, India named this action Operation Sindoor.
PM Modi had said during a program held in Madhubani, Bihar, on April 24 that terrorists will be given a punishment bigger than they can imagine. Since then, the country has been expecting such action against Pakistan. It is being reported that the attack has caused heavy damage to terrorist hideouts in Pakistan and POK.
