Pankaj Tripathi To Replace Paresh Rawal In ‘Hera Pheri 3’: Veteran actor Paresh Rawal has dropped out of Akshay Kumar and Suniel Shetty co-starrer ‘Hera Pheri 3’, and ever since the news broke out, people have started speculating who will play Babu Bhaiya in Priyadarshan’s superhit comedy film. Internet users have started discussing this and also giving suggestions. At the same time, many people said that veteran actor Pankaj Tripathi is their choice for the role of Baburao. When Pankaj Tripathi was asked about this, he gave a roundabout answer. Talking about this, Madhav Mishra of Criminal Justice Season 4 dismissed the rumors of him playing the role of Babu Bhaiya.
Will Pankaj Tripathi be Babu Bhaiya in ‘Hera Pheri 3’?
In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, the ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ actor was asked if people on social media are suggesting that he should be cast in ‘Hera Pheri 3’. Reacting to this, Pankaj said, ‘I have also heard and read something similar. But Paresh ji is a great actor. I am a zero in front of him. And respect him a lot. I don’t think I am perfect for the character of Babu Rao.’
Paresh Rawal’s decision caused havoc:
Earlier this week, Bollywood Hungama had revealed that Paresh Rawal had walked out of Akshay Kumar’s comedy film. However, the veteran actor also blamed his ex for leaving the film and wrote, ‘I would like to state that my decision to stay away from Hera Pheri 3 was not due to creative differences. I reiterate that there is no creative disagreement with the filmmaker. I have immense love, respect, and trust for the film director Mr. Priyadarshan.’ On the other hand, Pinkvilla had reported that Akshay Kumar’s production house, Cape of Good Films, filed a suit against Rawal claiming damages of Rs 25 crore. Meanwhile, director Priyadarshan and Suniel Shetty expressed their surprise at Rawal’s decision.
