According to a survey by US business intelligence company Morning Consult, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the most popular democratic leader among world leaders with a 75% approval rating. This data was collected by conducting a survey between 4 and 10 July 2025. South Korean President Lee Jae Myung is in second place with 59%. At the same time, US President Donald Trump is in eighth place with less than 45% approval. PM Modi has completed 4,078 days as the Prime Minister of India. He has become the longest-serving Prime Minister after Jawaharlal Nehru.

The latest approval ratings are based on data collected from July 4-10, 2025, Morning Consult said. The ratings represent a seven-day simple moving average of the opinions of adults in each country. Argentine President Javier Milley is in third place. He received 57% of the vote. 6% of people had no opinion, and 37% disliked him.
Donald Trump is in eighth place
US President Donald Trump is in eighth place. He got only 44% votes. Surprisingly, Trump won the US election with a huge majority last November.
