PM Modi appealed to the countrymen to visit the temple.
Recently, Prime Minister Narendra Modi elaborated on the importance of Maharishi Valmiki and the Ramayana in the 126th episode of Mann Ki Baat. He stated that Maharishi Valmiki’s Ramayana introduced humanity to the ideals and values of Lord Shri Ram. Shri Ram connected everyone with himself through service, harmony, and compassion. This is why characters like Mother Shabari and Nishadraj hold a special place in the Ramayana. The Prime Minister also stated that temples dedicated to Maharishi Valmiki and Nishadraj have been established alongside the construction of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya. He urged people to visit the Maharishi Valmiki and Nishadraj temples along with the darshan of Ram Lalla whenever they visit Ayodhya. A large number of prominent personalities from across the country had also visited Ayodhya during PM Modi’s visit for the Pran Pratishtha. It is speculated that a similar scene may be witnessed this time.
