Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor ‘s new property has a deep family heritage – it originally belonged to Ranbir’s grandparents, Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor, and was then passed on to his parents, Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor, in 1980. Alia, Ranbir and their daughter Rhea were often spotted during the construction of their new home. Neetu Kapoor was also clicked by the media several times.
Bungalow in the name of grandmother Krishna Raj Kapoor
Ranbir and Alia’s palatial bungalow, named after Ranbir’s grandmother Krishna Raj Kapoor, is more than just a luxurious property – it is said to be a heartfelt gift to their daughter Rhea Kapoor. The six-storey house, worth Rs 250 crore, is set to be registered in Rhea’s name.
Ranbir-Alia will be seen together in the same film
The source said, ‘This bungalow is emotionally special for the family, which is why everyone is so involved in its construction. Ranbir and Alia have taken time out from their busy schedule to take stock of the work situation.’ Talking about work, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt will work together for the second time in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film ‘Love and War’ after ‘Brahmastra’ in 2022.
