From when to when is Navratri 2025
According to the Panchang, this year the holy festival of Shardayi Navratri will be celebrated between 22 September 2025 to 02 October 2025. This 9-day festival dedicated to Goddess Durga will begin on 22 September 2025 i.e. Pratipada Tithi of Shukla Paksha of Ashwin month. This year Goddess Durga will arrive on an elephant and depart on a human. The arrival of Maa Durga on an elephant during Navratri is considered extremely auspicious.

According to the Panchang, the auspicious time for Kalash Sthapana on the first day of Navratri i.e. 22 September 2025 will be between 06:09 am to 08:06 am. In this way, the devotees of the goddess will get enough time of about two hours this year for Kalash Sthapana. According to the Panchang, this year the Navratri fast can be observed on 02 October 2025, Thursday after 06:15 in the morning.

Pratipada (22 September 2025, Monday) – On the first day of Navratri, the worship of Mata Shailputri will be done along with Ghat establishment.
Dwitiya (23 September 2025, Tuesday) – On the second day of Navratri, Maa Brahmacharini will be worshipped along with Chandra Darshan.
Tritiya (24 September 2025, Wednesday) – The third day of Navratri is dedicated to the worship of Goddess Chandraghanta.
Tritiya (25 September 2025, Thursday) – Vinayaka Chaturthi fast will be observed on the fourth day of Navratri.
Chaturthi (26 September 2025, Friday) – On the fifth day of Navratri, Maa Kushmanda will be worshipped.
Panchami (27 September 2025, Saturday) – Mother Skandamata will be worshipped on the sixth day of Navratri.
Shashthi (28 September 2025, Sunday) – Mother Katyayani will be worshipped on the seventh day of Navratri.
Saptami (29 September 2025, Monday) – The eighth day of Navratri is reserved for the worship of Maa Kalaratri.
Ashtami (30 September 2025, Tuesday) – The ninth day of Navratri is dedicated to the worship of Maa Mahagauri.
Navami (01 October 2025, Wednesday) – On the tenth day of Navratri, Navami havan will be performed along with Maa Siddhidatri and Ayudha Puja.
Navami /Dashami(02 October 2025, Thursday) – On the eleventh day of Navratri, this fast will be celebrated and Durga Visarjan will take place.
