Son Of Sardaar 2 trailer out : Ajay Devgn is coming back to the comedy genre with the second part of the Son of Sardaar franchise. The trailer of the film was dropped on Friday, introducing Mrunal Thakur as the new leading lady. And the clip teases that the film will take the audience on a ride of comedic misadventures.
The makers of the film released the trailer of the film with much fanfare at an event in Mumbai. The first film was set in Punjab, and the second is set in Scotland, with the trailer opening with a question, “Will he survive Scotland?”

The trailer then shows Ajay’s character watching an older woman performing a pole dance, and as she collapses, the film tries to make a joke on “Bebe marr gayi (Old woman is dead).” The trailer then proceeds to introduce a gamut of characters who seem to be here for a wedding. At one point, Ajay starts pretending he is Sunny Deol from Border, as Ravi Kishan’s character speaks incorrect English. Mrunal Thakur plays Ajay’s love interest here. The film also stars Mukul Dev in his last role. The actor passed away in May 2024. Sanjay Mishra, Vindu Dara Singh, Dolly Ahluwalia and Neeru Bajwa also star in the film.

The film ‘Son Of Sardaar 2’ is directed by Vijay Kumar Arora. Along with Ajay Devgn, it features many powerful actors such as Sanjay Mishra, Vindu Dara Singh, Dolly Ahluwalia, Neeru Bajwa, Chunky Pandey, Kubbra Sait, Deepak Dobriyal, Roshni Walia, Sharad Saxena, and Sahil Mehta.
The film is a joint production of Jio Studios, Devgn Films, and T-Series. It promises a generous dose of action, comedy, and drama.
This is a sequel to the 2012 hit film ‘Son Of Sardaar’, which starred Sonakshi Sinha in the lead role and Ajay Devgn as Jassie. Sanjay Dutt played the role of Billu Don in that film, and he reprises the same role in this sequel. The role originally written for Vijay Raj is now being played by Sanjay Mishra.
