Veteran actor Uttam Mohanty, Critical condition , admitted in ICU
Veteran actor Uttam Mohanty is in critical condition. He has been admitted to a private hospital in Bhubaneswar. It is reported that he is undergoing treatment in the ICU.Uttam Mohanty is a legendary actor in the Ollywood film industry.
He made his Ollywood debut in 1977 with the film Abhiman. Uttam Mohanty was born in Baripada, Mayurbhanj district. He has acted in 135 Odia, 30 Bengali, and one Hindi film. He is married to actress Aparajita Mohanty. Their son Babusan is also a leading actor.
While his family and relatives are with him, his son, actor Babusan Mohanty, is not with him at the moment. He is reportedly in Keonjhar for a film shoot. He is reportedly undergoing treatment in the ICU. It is reported that Uttam Mohanty will be airlifted to a foreign state for further treatment.
