When King Indradyumna told Galmadhav that he had built the temple, he did not agree. Brahma tried to mediate and find out who had actually built the temple. But at that time, there was no one else on earth to testify in favor of King Indradyumna. At that time, the king’s eyes fell on Bhusandakak sitting on the Kalpa tree. The king said that this Bhusandakak is my witness. Brahma asked Bhusandakak about the construction of the temple. Bhusandakak told King Indradyumna that he had built the temple. But Galmadhav was not satisfied with the witness of a beast like a crow. So Brahma asked the king about other witnesses. The king accepted the Kurmas who had helped in building the temple as witnesses. From there, he took Brahma and Galmadhav and went to the pond. The Kurmas in the pond said, ‘Yes, Brahma built the temple for this king and carried the stones. We have turned from humans into Kurmas.’ Believing the words of Bhusandakak and Kurmas, Brahma told Galmadhav that King Indradyumna had built the temple.
