He had taken an oath 14 years ago that I would become the prime minister and he would wear shoes when he met me. Who is Rampal Kashyap?
Rampal Kashyap is a resident of the Kaithal district of Haryana. He had promised 14 years ago that he would not wear shoes until Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister of the country and until he met Prime Minister Modi himself. Today, Prime Minister Modi met him and put shoes on his hand. But when Prime Minister Modi was putting shoes on Rampal, he asked him never to make such a promise in the future.
