Corona cases are increasing rapidly, cases cross 2,700, 7 deaths reported
Covid cases in India: Over 2,700 active cases, 22 deaths: Corona is spreading once again in India and the number of corona cases is increasing continuously. Amidst the increasing cases in countries like China, Singapore and Hong Kong, there is an atmosphere of fear among the people of India regarding Covid-19.
These days, not one or two but four variants of corona are active. The total number of active cases of corona in the country is 2710. 511 new cases have been reported in the last 24 hours. Along with this, 255 people have also recovered from corona.
If we talk about deaths due to corona, seven people have died. From January till now, 1710 people have recovered after defeating corona. So far, a total of 22 people have died. Corona infection is being seen in different states of the country.
The highest number of cases in India have been reported from Kerala. The total number of active cases in Kerala is 1147. Maharashtra is at second place, where the total number of active cases is 424. The total number of active cases in the country’s capital Delhi is 294.
There is no need to be afraid of corona
The Union Health Ministry has issued an advisory to all states regarding the continuously increasing corona cases in the country. States have been appealed to take preventive measures, prevent large gatherings and promote the use of face masks.
Let us tell you, the most spreading variant in India right now is JN.1. The return of the corona virus has once again increased the concern among the people. However, experts say that there is no need to be afraid of the virus.
