Adhomukha Svanasana:
To practice this asana, maintain the body in an inverted V shape by folding the hands and feet on a level surface. Drop the head and let the neck relax. Maintain the legs straight and maintain the heels on the ground. Adhomukha Svanasana boosts blood flow towards the head that feeds hair roots. It also assists in stress reduction, a key root cause of hair loss.

Shirshasana:
Sit on your knees on a mat and place your head on the ground. While doing this, hold your head with both your hands. Now, lift your legs very slowly and balance your body. Continue to stay in this position for some time. This asana promotes hair growth by enhancing blood supply to the head and decreasing stress and anxiety, making hair healthy.

Uttanasana:
Stand upright and gradually bend from the waist. Cross your arms over your legs and try to reach your toes. While doing this, keep your head and neck totally relaxed. Performing Uttanasana increases the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the hair roots. It also eliminates dehydration and fatigue.

Balasana:
To practice Balasana, sit on your knees and bend your body forward. Then stretch your hands forward while resting your forehead on the ground. Take a deep breath and relax in this position. Practicing this asana helps in hair growth by increasing blood circulation in the scalp. It relaxes the body and reduces mental stress.
